Our world needs conscious human beings to make a change for the better. We are at a crucial phase of humankind, and it’s time to restore the balance of our planet. You are the change, and by coming together in sisterhood we will expand our impact together!
When I joined my first women’s circle, I was astonished by the magic and mysteries I experienced — I was finally able to just be, follow my intuition, and express myself without boundaries. From there, I started to dive deep into the divine feminine with a inner calling to create a safe and sacred space for other women. Because some special magic happens when women gather in a spiritual group to unite their powers.
Facilitating women’s circles allows me to share some of my favorite spiritual practices: Creating sacred space, guiding meditations, holding space for deep share, embodiment practices, and passing on the magic of rituals and the moon.
In my women’s circle, you will be deeply touched at soul level and encouraged to express your most authentic self. You are welcome in your total beauty, with all your shadows and imperfections — you are divine, you are a goddess, and you are incredibly powerful. You can reach your highest potential and reveal your soul’s gifts by coming together with other women.
The world is out of balance. The shadow masculine has taken over the world for hundreds of years and suppressed the divine feminine. Now is the time to bring our planet back to balance and create harmony between the sacred masculine and the divine feminine. Only when we come into sacred union can we restore Mother Earth’s health.
It’s time to connect and awaken the divine feminine to heal the wounds of our ancestors and female lineage. Only when we restore balance can the earth thrive. We are at an essential stage of the universe, the Age of Aquarius. Our planet is suffering increasingly, controlled by greed, destruction, and power. Only when we reconnect with mother earth can we understand that we are all connected — connected to our sisters and nature. We need to start bringing the rituals and ceremonies of our ancestors back to light and celebrate the divine feminine.
When you join an in-person women’s circle, you can expect all women to be seated in a circle on the floor around an altar with seasonal flowers and sacred objects. The woman leading the circle will smudge the space with palo santo (or any other cleansing herb), and then the circle can begin.
Online women’s circles, on the other hand, are held through Zoom and you can join from the comfort of your own home. You are invited to create your own altar or set the atmosphere with some candles, incenses or flowers.
Just like in-person events, online women’s circles are guided by the person facilitating the circle, who will hold safe & sacred space, provide reflection prompts, journaling exercises, and rituals the women can do at home.
The practices and rituals differ from circle to circle and could include yoga (especially womb yoga or yoga nidra), meditation, breathwork, dancing and shaking, shamanic practices, or heartfelt shares.
When you choose an online women’s circle, you join from the comfort of your home. Online women’s circles are convenient to fit into your day-to-day life.
Attend the women’s circle in your pajamas, get cozy with a blanket and cup of herbal tea, and create a comfortable nest on the ground to join the circle and feel a deeper connection with mother earth.
Online circles often are the best option if you’re highly sensitive and easily absorb other people’s energy.
You join the virtual circle via Zoom, both your phone and a computer will do, even though I recommend a laptop so you have a bigger screen.
Before the women’s circle, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join.
Once you decide to join an online women’s circle and sign up, you’ll receive an email with more information. I will share the Zoom link with you to join the meeting, as well as some further guidelines to make sure you will have the best experience when joining online.
