I’m Sabine, a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. Yoga is part of my spiritual practice and has been incredibly transformative for me on my soul journey.
Mind Yoga Soul was born from an inner calling to follow my passion & purpose and to share the sacred gifts that yoga can bring into your life.
I want to support you in your spiritual journey and help you discover the profound changes mindful yoga can bring to your life.
A slow yoga practice giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
The perfect way to wake up your body and start your day with more energy, more focus, and more positivity.
A dynamic yoga practice to open up your body. Use your breath and movement to flow from one pose to another.
Yoga is a spiritual, mental, and physical workout that has been around for ages and involves your body and mind.
Yoga truly can change how you feel. You can develop a deeper sense of your true nature, find peace within and change the way you see the world.
You don’t have to have prior experience to practice yoga. Most classes are beginner friendly. Even though the classes are designed to be audio only, if you’re unfamiliar with the different poses, you can always watch the video.
Yoga is a practice of going within yourself, fully focusing on your mat, and connecting with your body and mind. To avoid distraction or comparison with others, including the teacher, I highly recommend listening to the yoga instructions instead of watching the screen.
You can get started immediately without any special equipment or fancy yoga pants when practicing yoga at home. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in that won’t restrict you in the different yoga poses.
Of course, a yoga mat will provide some cushioning and prevent your hands from slipping in certain poses. You might also find a yoga block and bolster helpful for some poses.
And most importantly: come with an open mind to embark on the yogi journey!
No, not at all. Yoga is a great way to become more flexible and it’s about so much more than being flexible.
Remember: Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.
Basically, it’s up to you and comes down to whenever you can fit yoga in. Some people find a practice in the morning the ideal way to start the day; others prefer a more relaxing yoga session in the evening to unwind after a hectic day. Some of us are early birds, while others are night owls, so experiment with finding your rhythm and see what fits in your day-to-day life.
